Child and Teen Solutions (CATS) is currently looking to fill positions for a full-time psychologist, postdoc, or therapist. The practice is in the heart of Madison Park, with beautiful lake-view offices.

We require at least three years of experience working with children, teens, and parents. We welcome candidates with a child clinical, counseling, or school psychology background. Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders and families is ideal.

Applicants should be familiar with cognitive-behavioral and other evidence-based approaches to treatment (such as exposure techniques, PCIT, Incredible Years).

Our practice is a great fit for practitioners who want to work in a private practice without the hassles of running a business. We value a warm and supportive practice culture as well as creatively delivered, state-of-the-art care for our clients.

We are currently operating as a hybrid of in-person and remote services to our clients.

We are also a learning community, with an emphasis on staying up to date with evidence-based topics and ongoing in-house education opportunities.

The position is a W-2 (employee) role. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits. Compensation is competitive for the Seattle area and is based on experience and licensure.

Interested candidates should contact Dr. Karen Pavlidis at drpavlidis@childandteensolutions.com.
