Our Client Care Coordinators are available to answer your questions about our services, scheduling, and logistics. If you would like to book a 30-minute consult with one of our licensed clinicians, the first step is to schedule a phone inquiry with our Client Care Coordinators using the booking tool below.

If you choose not to schedule a phone inquiry, that’s okay! We will reply to your contact form inquiry within one business day.

Things to know before you reach out:

  • We are out-of-network with insurance, although your insurance might reimburse you for a portion of the cost. We encourage you to review our FAQ and Billing FAQ, where you can find answers to your questions about fees and insurance.

  • We currently have in-person and telehealth appointments available for therapy and parent coaching. We have a relatively short waitlist for evaluations.

  • When sharing information with us, keep in mind that we are mandated reporters, meaning that we are required by law to report suspected abuse or neglect of a minor or vulnerable adult. It is important to understand that our mandate holds even when we are communicating with persons who are not our clients.

  • Please note that our Client Care Coordinators are available to answer your questions about our services, scheduling, and logistics. They cannot address questions that involve clinical issues that would require a response by a qualified mental health professional.
